Located in Aburi mountains, in a village called Kitase, sits this 2 bedroom, 2
bathroom bungalow on an acre of
pristine land, already overflowing with fruit trees, rare birds, and the best
view of Accra.
|
This drive way leads you to the quaintest little
house, while passing through a mini orchard, with fruits of all kinds
(oranges, grapefruit, coconut, guava, berries) growing on the compound.
At the bottom of the hill or from the porch, one has the optimal view of
Accra by day or by night. Just 45 minutes into town, by private
car and 1 hour, 30 minutes by public transportation. |

This house is non-pretentious. It
was built as a summer home and thus rustic and basic, however, warm and
cozy. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, but, the water comes
from a storage tank to the bottom of the hill and is manually delivered
up to the house. (Water pump can be installed
at your expense.) |

Adjacent to the house is a 4 room servants quarters.
These quarters are ideal
for
storage, teenage children or as a servants quarters. |
 |
|
An unfurnished comfortable launching pad for persons
coming to Ghana with plans of eventually building their own home and
thus don't want to spend all their money renting.
Rent must be paid annually, $2,640 per year/ $220
per month
(with servants quarters).
Will be ready in July 2009!
